haemorrhoid help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Hi, Im 22 and for as long as I can remember, probably about 8 years i have had an external haemorrhoid meaning a little lump on my anus (DONT LAUGH!), I have been to the doctors several times about this but they dont seem too concerned and just advise over the counter haemorrhoid cream, which only numbens the area, has anyone else had an external haemorroid treated to get rid of it? There are several options for removal including surgery, chemical injections which shrink it, a rubber band type thing tied around it, and infrared burning off of the haemorrhoid, what have you guys had done and what do you think is the best course of action, I really want it removed as its embarassing and painful

as it doesnt sound too large the surgery or burning it off is just extra pain, look into the chemical injection. I also belive there is a sopsitory that does something very similar which helped my father out a great deal as well.

hemorrhoid relief after baby?

Ok so i have big BAD hemorrhoids and need some ideas for pain relief. Preperation H does nothing…. Please any ideas?
i tried the witch hazel… my hospital gives out a container of them when u leave after having baby! They dont work but thanks
how long does it take for the pain to go away? I had a small one before but this one is about 3 times that size and its been 2 days of pain… I didnt waddle when i was 9 mos. pregnant but now I sure as heck do lol

Get prescription prep. H. It is far better. I had to have my hemorroids lanced and drained when I was pregnant with my first child. I had blood clots in them. They were really bad. Prescription is a must. Trust me.

Should one be using a warmer or colder sitz bath for hemroid relief? What else can be done to get rid of them?

Simply wondering if one should take a cold/colder or a warm/warmer sitz bath to relieve hemorrhoids? What else can be done to get rid of them? It’s an external hemorrhoid as far as I can tell so and I’ve had it for just over a week. It started with a small amount of pain but, now it’s not a nuisance (no pain) at all, just very unsightly…at least in terms of how sightly an anus can be. Any suggestion on what I can do to get rid of it would be wonderful! Thanks,

Usually people use water at a comfortably warm temp..When you have done that, try Preparation H. It should shrink the hemorrhoid somewhat. I hope you have increased your fluid intake (Water, not beer!) & upped your fiber as well. What you eat is so important!!
