what is the homoeopathic way to treat constipation and hemorrhoids?

what herbs, vitamins anything natural other fiber can I take?

well a homeopath would say that you should find something that causes constipation and that thing will cure you of … um constipation. honestly. so you take a small bit of this constipation cause/cure and dilute it many many times until you have a vile with no constipation cure/cause left in it. pour this WATER onto some glucose tablets and wala!!!! you have a homeopathic cure. I’m sure you could do it yourself.

I’ll never convince believers not to take it but maybe I can ask AT LEAST FIND OUT WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT. at least hear the theory behind it please. or read my previous answer to find out what homeopaths ACTUALLY believe. no homeopath disagreed with it because it’s accurate

Seeking A Organic Digestion Remedy? Find Out Which Herbal Remedies For Digestion May Improve Your Health

We are what we eat, eating makes us happy and having a good digestion helps ensure that happiness. The amount of problems that poor digestion can cause are many and can surely be unpleasant. They can be as varied as diarrhea, a stomach upset, gas or bloating and the most unpleasant of all, heartburn. Modern medication frequently takes a worse toll on your system by trying to counter balance your stomach acids. Physicians agree that it is very seldom just one thing causing digestion problems. There are several herbs for digestion that you can take, Jamison Starbuck, J.D., N.D., who happens to be a licensed naturopathic and homeopathic physician recommends: Fennell, Gentian, Ginger, Aloe and Peppermint.

These roots and herbs have been around for centuries and and make model herbs that help digestion. Peppermint is one of the ancient medicinal plants that we know of and is most commonly found in your beautiful garden or growing naturally in your backyard. Author of the book “Herbal Medicine” Rudolph Weiss states that peppermint has three main benefits. It can force the gallbladder and liver to produce more bile, which assists in disinfecting the stomach from any inconsistencies. It also has several aesthetic properties that help anaesthetize the mucous membrane which preempts vomiting and nausea and also help reduce indigestion and gas. This is effectively a very ordinary herb for digestion that can be taken in several forms, but usually the more enjoyable is tea.

According to the book written by Phillips, S., et al. “Zingiber officinale (ginger) — an anti-emetic for day case surgery,” Ginger is best known for its aromatic properties, just imagine that smell of freshly chopped ginger being fried while you’re waiting at a table in a popular Thai restaurant or even the scent in your kitchen when fresh ginger is being cooked. Ginger is also popular due to its anti-nausea properties. In a study trial conducted on a group consisting of 80 very edgy naval cadets, on the high tide at sea in 1988, they deciphered that Ginger had considerable benefits in decreasing seasickness and nausea. Not only that, it also showed that Ginger was a good preventive measure, and a cure too.

A Few herbs for digestion, digestion, like Gentian, Aloe, and Fennel permit the control and prevention of upset stomachs. Fennel has a predominantly strong effect against relieving spasms in smooth muscles and other digestive problems like morning sickness. It is also said to be used in patients undergoing radiation to help ease their stomachs. Aloe, besides having a naturally smoothing effect on your stomach, also includes amino acids, vitamin C and enzymes. Gentian is one of the less familiar herbs for digestion. Because of its bitter taste, which aids in stimulating digestive juices, it makes it an excellent preventive measure against a stomach upset. Gentian also aids you in extracting all additional nutrients into your system like vitamin B12, and iron.

Obtaining herbs for digestion can be as simple as growing them yourself, or buying them at the local stores, but keep in mind, if you are unsure then you should get advice from a professional and don’t forget to drink lots of water. Remedies using herbs can work,   as long as they are used safely.

You may want to use a natural shampoo for many reasons. Lots of people prefer products that are natural and therefore “green.” Others feel that their hair remains healthier when the wash it with natural ingredients. Natural shampoo can also be easier on dyed hair. Also people prefer to use natural body washes and natural shampoos.

But the word natural can be deceptive. Sometimes it can just mean natural ingredients. Natural ingredients generally means anything that comes from nature. As a result the shampoo might contain some natural ingredients and some unnatural ones. Generally a few preservatives and a little dye can be okay. If you have sensitive skin though, then you may have trouble with colors and fragrances. The seriously problematic ingredients though tend to undo the benefits of natural ingredients.

Keep a close eye out for lauryl- and laureth sulfate. This is the ingredient that makes shampoo foamy. However, in addition it strips hair. The result is brittle and weak locks. Also, it will destroy color treatments. Lightened and dulled hair is the result of excessive lauryl sulfate use. Anything with the words Lauryl or Laureth should be avoided.

In addition, keep an eye out for sulfides and sulfur. These ingredients are common in dandruff shampoos. Technically, you could argue that sulfur is actually a natural ingredient. But in some cases it can actually cause dandruff. If you elect to use a sulfur based shampoo, keep it away from your eyes. Your hair may also be drier than usual.

Truly natural shampoos share some common characteristics:

* They tend to have only a few ingredients - The majority of ingredients in shampoos are artificial. Natural shampoos have a soap base and a few other components.

* You get little foam with natural shampoo - This is because foam is caused by unnatural agents.

* They may contain ingredients that you would see in your kitchen - Do not be surprised to see apple cider vinegar, herbs or baking soda. In fact a number of people just use vinegar and baking soda to wash their hair.

If you already have perfect hair, then you should stick with what you are doing! If you are looking for a new natural shampoo, though, be sure that you are getting the real deal. The secret ingredients can seriously damage your hair. Make sure that your natural shampoo is the real thing before you start shampooing.

What is foot detox all about?

I want to talk about foot detox. As a brief introduction on the topic, foot detox is all about detoxing the body by removing the toxins through the soles of the feet. The patient does not have to do anything in these methods of foot detox, there are two main product types available on the market. The first one works on your feet while you sleep. It comes in the form of a large sticking plaster filled with herbs and vinegars, you apply them to your feet before you go to sleep. When you wake up in the morning the foot detox pad will have been working throughout the night to detoxify your body.

The second product is the detox foot bath. The principle here is exactly the same of extracting the toxins from the feet. Small electrodes are fitted to the base of the unit. You place warm water inside the unit and put your feet in. Then you relax. This electrodes unit will then release positive ions into the water. The negative toxins are extracted from the soles of your feet by the positive ions in the water.

There is fitted visual proof that the applications of both these products are working. The form this takes is discoloration. The detox foot bath will show that the water inside of it has significantly changed in color. This is also the same with the detox foot patch that has been taken off the patient in the morning.

The discoloration is described above is said to have been created by an ingredient within the patch and a process within the electrodes unit. This is according to the products skeptics. Patrons of the foot detox pad and detox foot spa diverge from this view.

The methods of foot detox that I outlined above seem to attract a particularly virulent form of opposition from those who would already oppose many alternative methods of treatment. Foot detox in general and both of these products have been subjected to scientific tests from the supporters and opponents. Each side of this argument is showing different results according to the position. There is no surprise in the fact that there are different results on both sides. The only way to actually satisfy yourself that these products work is to give them a go.
