can hemorrohid cream really reduce the appearance of cellulite?

i heard someone talking saying models put preperation h and other hemmorohid creams on their legs, and butt before going on the runway to firm and tighten the skin. does this really work? what are some other tricks i can use for a before -the-beach regiment?
