where can i buy Hemorrhoid Miracle/H Miracle, Heal Hemorrhoid and Preparation H? I live in the Philippines. anyone here knows where to buy? or maybe online, with shipping in the Philippines for a cheap cost? But I prefer on buying it by myself and not online. Thanks for those who knows. And also, my hemorrhoid is bleeding, what should I do to stop the bleeding? I am always at home, what good home remedies can anyone of you suggest? I need your help guys, it’s bleeding all the time I wipe it.

Aren’t there pharmacies/drug stores where you live? Where is that in the Philippines? There are drug stores in Batanes and Saranggani. I’m sure there are pharmacies where there are computers.

You can temporarily relieve the mild pain, swelling and inflammation of most hemorrhoidal flare-ups with the following self-care measures:

* Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a topical numbing agent.
* Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn’t necessary and may aggravate the problem. Gently drying the area with a hair dryer after bathing can minimize moisture, which can cause irritation.
* Soak regularly in a warm bath. Do this several times daily.
* Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on the anus to relieve swelling.
* Use a sitz bath with warm water. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at a medical supply store or some pharmacies.
* Don’t use dry toilet paper. Instead, to help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn’t contain perfume or alcohol.
* Take oral medications. You can use acetaminophen (Tylenol, others), aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) temporarily to help relieve your discomfort.

These self-care measures may relieve the symptoms, but they won’t make the hemorrhoid disappear. See your doctor if you don’t get relief in a few days, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding.

curing minor hemorrhoids?

Hi, i’m only 22 and have been suffering from hemorrhoid for months. i’ve seen a doctor earlier on and the medicine prescribed to me (daflon and some ointment) stopped my bleeding…but the pain didnt seem to go fully (it only hurts when i passed my bowels) and i discovered a small lump on the outside, around the skin of my anus. i believe it’s an external hemorrhoid and it shouldnt be that serious as i don’t feel the pain at all unless the time when i go to the toilet and do my business. but i wanted to stop this pain so i went to get Preparation H yesterday, it had this slight sharp pain when i applied it, is this normal? does it mean that its working and trying to sooth the wound? for how long will i have to apply this medication? i know hemorrhoid doesnt go away but does Preparation H helps to shrink the lump and fully get rid of the pain? anyone help….thanks!

Try drinking at least 8 oz. of prune juice a day. It softens stool and makes it easier to pass and when you don’t push or strain down there it heals faster. Try not to sit for long hours, but walk and excersize. Pain relieving anesthetic spray Dermoplast may help with pain (ask for it or any other spray anesthetic at a pharmacy). Hope it helps.
