Lately, its like everybody has been on a green tea binge, and its an incredibly good healthy habit. The research about the benefits of green tea are all so very exciting. A tea that is good for you and your health is green tea. Its very true. Recently a researcher did a study where he exposed a bunch of tiny minnows to very radioactive substances. They all should have gotten cancer and died within days. But, they didn’t die. The reason? They were living in green tea and not water.

This may not sound like such a humane idea. Most likely many people don’t like this at all. However, the results are favorable. This kind of news makes me want to bathe in green tea everyday or at least drink about a gallon or two a day.

More and more people are realizing the healing and restorative powers of green tea. Because of this there are products containing green tea literally flooding the marketplace. You can find green tea in all kinds of different candies and sodas. All this is in addition to all the other green tea blends available today.
