In doing my research the name Tom Venuto kept coming up as a knowledgeable person in the weight loss industry.  He had a book called Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and with a title like that it warranted a closer look.

Many people claim to be excellent ‘weight loss’ or ‘fat loss’ coaches but are fat themselves or they’re in good shape but don’t have the skills and knowledge to know how to teach the 4 different learning types of people out in the marketplace.

After doing some research he showed to be an acclaimed bodybuilder and fat loss coach. Regardless of his own education and experience in fitness training, the camera doesn’t lie when it comes to this area of expertise.

Clearly the visual photos were concrete evidence to prove he was actually out there doing it and not just talking about losing weight.

There are a lot of people discussing this and usually there appears to be great results. Especially when you’re talking about weight loss the most powerful evidence which allows someone to convince themselves the diet or workout system works are before and after photos of actual customers who’ve successfully used the system

Being a bit skeptical is natural for me so I like to see three things happen before I believe in the system: it has to pass my own sniff test during the research phase, the creator has to be proving the results work for him, and also I want to see lots of his customers and followers proving they’ve successfully used it before I’ll believe it works.

There are a lot of untruths and hype associated with weight loss and health care. Do not be fooled by the hundreds of pills and special ways to lose weight. Many of these hoaxes claim to help you lose 10 pounds in 24 hours.

As everyone knows, losing weight, lowering your body fat, and getting rid of that spare tire is going to take some work; there’s no easy one-step solution.

It requires some workout exercises and energy or altering your eating plan to get healthier, more nutrient dense, and lower calorie foods your body can easily burn off.

Thankfully, this is where burn the fat shines.  It’s backed by rocksolid research in science, doesn’t claim to be some sort of overnight miracle cure, and actually has simple and practical concrete steps you can take to be healthier and drop that unwanted weight.

After lurking around the Internet I came across a couple of customers who were talking about the results they’d gotten which really convinced me it was worth giving this a shot.

When I started Tom’s Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are “too old” – think again.

Chris Brooke,
Marietta, GA

I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% bodyfat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass. “

Dave Mullen,
Gibsonia, PA

You see lots of health programs WORK for SOME PEOPLE in SOME CASES SOME OF THE TIME.

Can you cite one with acknowledged proof of working? The proof should be universal.

I don’t think so and that’s why testing out for yourself is the only way to know for sure.

Feed the Muscle in your body now.

The Benefits and Detractors of Xylitol…

One of the amazing hidden ‘secrets’ of this century is xylitol. It is truly astonishing on two points. This five carbon sugar can help to prevent both tooth decay and gingival disease because the bacteria that eat it cannot utilize xylitol as they can glucose (six carbon table sugar).

The second fact to know about xylitol is that it has been both well known in one country and almost unheard of in many other countries at the same time. This astounds me because it demonstrates the limited nature of our human awareness very clearly.

Let us take a closer look. Xylitol has been used and well documented to reduce the incidence of dental disease in Finland for over five decades now.  Yet here in the United States and many other countries you will hardly hear of a dentist that promotes it. There may be a few, but they are not many.

How can something as beneficial as xylitol, in today’s world, be so unknown to most people despite the fact that Finlanders have been using it since the second world war when regular sugar became scarce.  Later, the dentists and doctors of Finland discovered that their levels of dental health improved due to the use of xylitol as a substitue for sugar. Another item worthy of renewed interest is the
oral irrigator.

Xylitol has one third the calories of an equivalent amount of table sugar. It does not promote tooth decay or the growth of the bacteria that cause gum disease or bad breath. It does not require insulin to be metabolized and therefore is of particular interest to diabetics.

Few things in this world are perfect and xylitol does have some drawbacks. Pets should really not be given xylitol. While a human being has a special metabolic pathway to digest xylitol, many pets do not. Therefore it can be bad for pets and can even kill them.

You can learn more about xylitol at Xylitol.org. There is plenty of research and information about xylitol there. Ora md is different in that it is an essential blend for helping to fight dental disease.

We tend to think that if something is good, that everyone should be aware of it.  Yet, as this example shows, that is not always the case. There are so many things we just do not yet know.  Perhaps we should resolve to reach further beyond our limited awareness and discover the truth of this world and the universe that is around us.
