How to fix internal hemorrhoid?

Hi guys, So I went to the bathroom today, and I had a little pain for a few seconds relieving myself. There’s no blood in stool. But there’s a blood stain when I wiped. I’m assuming I have an internal hemorrhoid. Is there anything I can do/buy to relieve/cure this?

One thing you could do is eating food that hasn’t been processed too much. And if you already know that some foods make your stool harder (e.g. cheese), you should avoid those products. Examples for some unprocessed foods are fruits, vegetables and all the food you have done yourself from the scratch. Usually food with lots of preservatives and additives should be avoided. Water consumption for a person weighing 150 pounds (~70kg) should be approximately 2 liters. If you exercise much, water consumption should also be higher.

Also avoid activities that cause much pressure to you pelvis area. Note that there are exercises that are good for hemorrhoids, for example walking and jogging.

It might also be that you don’t have hemorrhoids. Other option could be anal fissures, which is formed when hard stool is pushed through anus and thus causing the skin to tear and cause pain. Same advice already mentioned can be of help.
